When you book a freelancer through Maverick Event Show Crew, I just need the basics to find the right fit:
Where is the event taking place?
When is the event taking place?
How long is it for?
Type of event (so I find the right-fit person)
Once booked, I’ll need any details you’ve got… agenda, script, kit being used, running order, and anything else that will help the freelancer know what to expect.
When you book a Showcaller through Maverick Event Show Crew, don’t forget they will need:
Space to sit at the AV Tech desk, front of house
A chair to sit on (not asking for much… please don’t seat them on a flight case)
Juice to charge their laptop
If you seat them backstage, please provide a monitor so they can see what’s happening out front!
