Event crew London, one call away

Thirty years in events and a network that spans every corner of London. Event crew for live, virtual and hybrid shows, whether you need one specialist or a full team on site. Local knowledge of the venues, the load-in quirks, the parking, the bits that only matter once you’re there.

I’ve worked with hundreds of freelancers across London, from major arenas to boutique venues you’ve never heard of. Showcallers who’ve called shows at the O2 and the ExCeL, floor managers who know every loading bay from Shoreditch to Wembley, a prompt operator who’s covered three conferences in the same week without missing a cue. Most of the time I’ll have exactly the right person already lined up. And on the odd occasion I don’t, I know who to ring.

Need crew for a London show? Send over the details and let’s get it sorted.

Name the date, I’ll find your London crew.

Finding the right people for a London show eats up time you don’t have spare. Let me take that part off your hands.

The Little Black Book

The Little Black Book covers everyone from graphics operators to stage managers, room managers to prompt operators, all of them people who’ve worked London venues before and know what that involves. Ring me with a role and I’ll tell you who’s free.

Your show, run your way

Whoever turns up follows your call sheet, works to your producer, and does things the way your team already does them. No handover needed, no explaining your own process to someone new.

London sits at the centre of an industry worth roughly £60 billion to the UK each year, one that keeps around 126,000 people in work, with more conferences, launches and live shows staged here than almost anywhere else in the country.

Behind those shows are floor managers, prompt operators, showcallers and graphics teams, most of them freelance and most of them already booked for the dates you’re eyeing up. In a city with this many events running at once, knowing who’s actually free matters more than knowing who exists.

Product launches, brand activations, industry awards, investor days, whatever’s on the calendar, London’s venues run on the same handful of specialists knowing exactly what they’re doing under pressure.

I keep tabs on who’s worth booking and who’s actually free right now. Send me the brief and I’ll get the calls started.

We’re not just London-based. If your show’s in Manchester, Wales or Scotland, we’ve got that covered too.
